Hi, I am Nandita-The passionate home chef, author and the curious soul behind On the food path. This blog is my humble kitchen journal — a little nook in the corner of the internet where I share traditional recipes that feel like warm hugs along with exciting culinary experiments from around the world. A space, where every one of my dish comes with a story.
I grew up savouring comforting south Indian dishes, like my maternal Grandmother’s Saaru, My mother’s sambar and gojjus and paternal grandmother’s lip smacking chaklis and kodubales. All of these were made from scratch, with love and spice. These memories are so vivid that the aroma and the tastes still linger on my taste buds and in my heart. This blog is my humble attempt to recreate those familiar flavours while venturing into new ones from across the globe.
